For a writer on philosophical, political, and futurist topics and also being a hard hitting realist, freemarket capitalist and being one with common sense - you can only imagine the backlash I get from neoliberal socialist thinking environmentalists. The fascinating thing is; I am not against environmentalists, and I believe everybody should care about clean water, and also the air we breathe. Nothing burns me up more than watching someone trash on the ground, or throwing something out their window while driving in the expressway.

Certainly, I find such behavior certainly unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason to scrap the area, or disrespect the surroundings. And in that regard there’s probably nothing wrong with tree huggers, however, I frequently find myself disrespected by that group since I am an entrepreneur as well as a business person. The funny thing about this is I’ve always worked hard to-do the right thing in relation to the environment. Now then, I often find that businesses, small businesses, and other people are called “selfish bastards” by several environmentalists and environmental groups. It’s not illegal to generate a profit, employ people, or create the things which people want.

These negative opinions are not beneficial, nor do they help the environment. They surely do not cause business-people to want to go out-of the way to do the right thing. Further, I find far too frequently, environmentalists need to elevate my taxes, or increase regulations on the business community, to even the point as to compel us to go out and creeping phlox seeds more trees. There isn’t anything wrong with planting trees, it’s really a good idea and I dare say an extremely noble thing to perform, but unless an environmentalist is out planting trees each and every day, they should not compel myself or my fellow business-people to go out and do precisely the same.

The truth is, if I was responsible for planting trees on this world, because I do believe it’s a great idea, I’m quite certain I could locate company sponsors, Non-governmental organizations, and state agencies to kick in and help with the finances needed to do that. The first thing I would do is enlist robotic unmanned aerial vehicles, with special self planting seed dropping devices, and systematically bomb different parts of the planet where I consider the woods would abundantly grow.

Going out as well as creeping phlox seeds a couple of trees, and then calling yourself a tree hugger environmentalist doesn’t give one the to go out as well as trash every business man on earth, and tell them just how to live their lives, or to mandate the taxing of the wealthy. If our environmentalists truly wants to make a statement, they need to lead by example, go out as well as plant numerous trees themselves and learn the way to get that done.

The stark reality is that entrepreneurs understand just how to get things done, and if it was their lifetime goal to go out as well as put trees, they might be planting tens of millions of trees, not merely one or two, here and there. However, don’t forget if we trash these folks in public, call them names, and tax the junk out of them, they will not be interested in planting trees only in placing the environmentalists within their place. Accordingly, to the gentleman who recently e-mailed me giving me trouble; “Plant This Read More!”
